It was amazing time in this hotel. We would be very happy to be back one day. Room was nice, we booked a different room but unfortunately we couldn’t check in earlier, and we were forced to choose another “standart” room, but we payed for the superior room. Well, it was ok, because the rest was nice. Breakfast is nice, coffe amazing, food nice. Dinner was also very good, soup main course and desert. Quiet good place to stay. Location top!!!!🥰 we loved this hotel.

Hotel muy bien situado.En ubicación excelente. Habitaciones muy antiguas,mobiliario obsoleto,tv no funcionaba.Muy poco útil el mobiliario que aporta,,no se puede ni colocar toalla en el baño. En general muy incómo con habitación,oscura luz tenue y eso que la habitación que teníamos era Doble Superior. El desayuno no vale nada la pena,apesar de tener desayuno incluido , el café te lo cobran aparte una vergüenza,de fruta solo sandía y nada de bolleria. La.limpieza de habitación buena,la del resto del hotel no es así.

The location of this hotel was excellent. But other than that, it really was not a good place to stay. The gym equipment was not working and they failed to repair it. The television in the room was not working and they felt to repair it. I was told I could not refill my bottle of water from the water fountain in the breakfast room and yet Turkish customers were free doing so. This hotel is advertised as four star and in theory for 10 days it should have cost £2,500thousand pounds. Luckily, it was massively reduced Through the website I used, so I ended up paying £800. I still think this is overpriced even at the reduced rate for the quality of hotel. But the location was superb.

The air conditioning in the room was not working. The refrigerator was out of order. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting, making it very difficult to use. The hairdryer only worked occasionally.

The location is great. Close to metro station and Galata tower is not far away by foot. There is a small supermarket few meters away. The room maid took the old towel and didn’t put a new one. Three times asked a cleaner but there were no reaction. Called the receptionist twice as I needed a shower before getting out but for no avail! Overall a nice hotel, but small details can ruin your experience.

Staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was okay. Poor wifi. Spa a little bit dated. Location is extremely convenient, great value for money.
